The last few years have seen a huge rise in streaming services. The boom has made streaming a bit more difficult in that content is now distributed between various streaming services, prompting users to pay for multiple streaming services. However, some, like Xumo TV, are making things easier by providing a wide range of free content. This guide will explore the streaming platform and show you how to install Xumo TV on Firestick.
What is Xumo TV?
Xumo TV is an American streaming service that provides free live TV, movies, and TV shows. The streaming service has been around since 2011, and in early 2020, it was acquired by Comcast. In January 2021, the company announced that Xumo has 24 million active monthly users.
To access Xumo TV, you only need a streaming stick/box, computer, phone, or other supported device. The app provides apps for several platforms, and there’s also a web version you can use without installing anything. However, the streaming service is geo-restricted and is currently only available in the United States, Canada, France, Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico.
If you are outside of these regions, you’ll need to use a VPN to watch Xumo TV, and we’ll show you how to do that.
